1 oz of 100% silicone glue to bond HDPE to many surfaces. Our Plastic House numbers must be flame treated for the glue to stick. 
You must request NO HOLES for this to happen.  If you want NO HOLES on your house number to use this make sure you indicate. Buying this does not automatically mean we cut with no holes.
