SHIPPING POLICY
The buyer is expected to pay shipping by weight. If the weight estimate is off dramatically, we will refund any overages. We offer three options for the US; First-Class (under 16 oz or 1 lb), Priority, and Priority Mail Express. International buyers have two options of International First Class, and Priority International. If the weight exceeds 1 lb. in any order regardless of region, the Priority shipping rate must be paid. Please notify us by leaving a note in the cart or emailing us if you buy priority express or need it faster.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept refunds or exchanges only on numbers we batch. Lettering is cut to order and not returnable. If you are ordering lettering you need to have me draw them for you first to check the fit and scale in your area.

Things we batch with holes and screws only no letters:
Modern in black 3 to 16 inch, white 3 to 12, and 16 inch, charcoal 4 to 8 inch;
Art Deco 3-12 inch in black;
Elegant Modern 6-12 inch black;
Chisel 5 and 6 inch black;
Narrow 14 inch black
